Welcome To Aim Archery Club Perth

AIM Archery Club in Western Australia was started for people 50 years and over.

AIM Archery Club, shoots at four different venues each week. Floeat Park Alderbury Reserve on a Monday,. Willetton Reserve Willetton, on a Tuesday. Thomas Oval Medina, on a Wednesday and Halliday Park Bayswater on a Thursday. Members choose which venue suits them the best, however, some members choose to shoot at more than one venue.

Start Time for each venue is 9:am Most, people arrive 8:00am. Setup time is 8:am shooting starts at 9:00am sharp. Around 10:00am club members stop shooting for 30 minutes and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, and the camaraderie of other club members, then another round of archery takes place, with the finish time, aproximately 11:30am.

MEMBERSHIP IS OPEN TO BOTH LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, FIFTY YEARS AND OVER
It is a good idea to contact the club, before you join, this will enable us to have an instructor, available when you arrive at the ground.
MEMBERSHIP ENTITLEMENTS

Attendance at any or all shooting venues. Mondays at Alderbury Reserve (Perry Lakes) Floreat Tuesdays at Willetton Reserve Willetton, Wednesday at Thomas Oval Medina, Thursdays at Halliday Park Bayswater.

MEMBERSHIP FEES
Membership Fees are $100 per year, this includes a range fee component. Non shooting members annual subscription is $40
PLEASE NOTE ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
On Public Holidays, archery is conducted at Halliday Park Bayswater, entrance off Rose Avenue and at Alderbury Reserve, off Oceanic Drive Floreat.
All financial members of AIM Archery Club, are entitled to shoot, in all club competitions. Trophies are not awarded to those members, who have been in the club, for less than six months.
NEW MEMBERS
New members are alloted an instructor to guide them in basic archery.
The club has Recurve Bows and sets of arrows for new members to use, however, these are only on loan for three months.Members are then asked to purchase their own archery equipment. The club will advise new members on the appropriate equipment to purchase.When they are confident that they will continue with the sport.
